Very positive experience. I ordered kitchen, bedroom and living room. Giuseppe did an amazing job from the beginning and has been very helpful with his suggestions. The installation was really fast and spotless, the guys were very friendly and everything arrived in perfect state. Would definitely reccomend them!

They require full payment before they even deliver the furniture, which is a big red flag. On top of that, they charge an additional 14% for delivery, regardless of whether it's part of the same order or not. This hidden delivery cost makes it impossible to trust their advertised prices. I felt misled and overcharged. I would not recommend shopping here. Avoid!

THE WORST in the island! Very SKETCHY and UNTRUSTWORTHY - NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

My experience with Kasarreda was marked by a sales approach that I found to be SKETCHY and clearly UNTRUSTWORTHY.

I visited the shop located in Marsa, Malta to design my kitchen during the first appointment I was informed that access to the 3D design rendering would ONLY be granted upon payment of a portion of the deposit while in any other furniture shop in Malta they give you a 3D right away once your first appt has finished. It was only after the 4th appointment when I managed to get a 3D design of my kitchen ofc after a deposit payment was made.

Additionally, I discovered that any attempt to modify the deposit for an alternative purchase is subject to stringent conditions, which were not adequately communicated during the initial sales pitch.

Specifically, I was only made aware of this stipulation upon reviewing the contract, where it was discreetly outlined.My intended purchase was a kitchen valued at 5,000 euros, and I proceeded to place the order accordingly. However, within a week, I found an alternative option and inquired about reallocating the deposit toward a dining table, which was met with unexpected resistance. It was communicated to me that the deposit could only be repurposed if I committed to spending the same amount of the initial order.

This lack of flexibility in accommodating changes to the deposit allocation was disappointing and left me feeling misled about the terms of my agreement."
